Modified Primary Series
The slowest class on the schedule, yet still full of energizing, dynamic, flowing poses that will strengthen your arms and core. Perfect for beginners and those looking to focus more on the fundamentals, like alignment.
Rocket I
An active class featuring forward bending postures. Well suited for those looking for a more vigorous practice with an increased focus on strength building and balance.
Rocket II
An energizing flowing sequence that focuses on back bending, spinal twisting and arm balancing. It is an uplifting series of postures that has gained global recognition as a "feel-good experience" which opens the body and clears the mind. Frequent hand stands and arm balances keep the energy level high and stimulates you to connect to your inner power and change your world view. The playful and upbeat Rocket routine is the perfect counter to the soothing forward bending of the Primary Series.
Rocket III - Happy Hour
The most upbeat class of the week, in Rocket III you are continuously flowing with the breath. Take off like a rocket and fly through the rest of your weekend, uplifted and energized.
Primary Series
The traditional Ashtanga sequence of poses focusing more on forward bending, and balancing on hands and feet. This class includes opening and closing chants to center the mind and activate and integrate every level of your being.
Flying Partner Yoga
This class is an open class for anyone interested in combining yoga poses with acrobatics and thai massage. We work in partners to reconnect, ground, and fly!
