      Will yoga fit into my schedule? Yes
      We offer 15+ classes per week. Plan classes around your schedule.
          Morning:                 Mon to Fri 9 – 10:15am
                                       (All levels)
          Lunch time:            Tue and Thur 12:30 – 1:30pm 
                                       (Beginner)
          After work:             Mon to Fri 6 – 7:15pm
                                       (All levels)
          Evening:                 Mon and Wed 7:30 – 8:45pm     
                                       (Beginner)
          Weekends:             Sat 9:00 – 10:15am
                                       (All levels)

      Can I afford it? Yes
      We have various investment options to fit your budget. See our new student specials below:-
         10 day trial for R100.
          10 consecutive days of unlimited yoga for only a R100
          (available to cape town residents before your first
          class)

          90 days of unlimited yoga classes for only R900
          90 day introductory offer (available to everyone the
          first time 
          you sign up for a package)

          Receive a 10% discount
          When renewing your unlimited membership before
          expiration:
          R400 for 30 days (instead of R450 per month),
          R1080 for 90 days (instead of R1200 for 3 months).

      Can I do yoga? Yes
      Yoga is a party and everyone is invited. We offer classes for beginners through to  advanced students. As long as you are  breathing and on your mat, you are doing yoga, anything on  top of that is a bonus. You are welcome to join any class on the schedule.

      What are the benefits of yoga?
      Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic, fun and energising way of  practising yoga that builds strength, flexibility and peace of mind on and off the yoga mat.

      Can I start doing yoga today? Yes
