rocket weekend intensive
spend a whole weekend delving into the mechanics and mystics of flying on and off your mat!
this will be a weekend to remember, and remember you will just how strong you really are!!
lots of rocket asana practice, physics of flight, flying through transitions (including jump backs and throughs), and float into your arm balances and inversions. lots of practice, some theory, lots of practical application, and even more uplifting fun!!!
friday 4pm - 7:30pm, sat and sun 10am-6pm

rocket yoga training
still yearning for more rocket after the weekend intensive? you wanna go even deeper into the rockets? do you even want to teach rocket? this is the training for you.
basic understanding of anatomy, alignment, and philosophy will be assumed.
this training will take you deeper into the sequencing of the rockets and the it's yoga system as you learn to gracefully fly through your week from the primary series all the way through rocket III!
tues - mon 10-6, with a break for lunch from 12:15-1:30.
space is limited to 20 people. email to register, pay to confirm.
